摘要
许多流行病学研究表示,2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者亚临床甲状腺功能减退(SCH)的患病率显著高于一般人群。目前,SCH是否会影响T2DM患者血管并发症的发生尚存争议。本文就促甲状腺激素与T2DM患者血管并发症关系研究的进展作一综述。
Many epidemiological studies have indicated that prevalence rate of subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is significantly higher than that of general population.Currently,whether SCH will affect occurrence of vascular complications in T2DM patients is still controversial.The present article makes a review on research progress of relationship between thyrotropic hormone and vascular complications in T2DM patients.
