摘要
目的:探讨行倾斜式卧位对新生儿溢乳发生率和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年7月福建医科大学附属第一医院新生儿科收治的新生儿98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组给予以平卧位,观察组给予倾斜式卧位,并对2组新生儿溢乳率、开奶时长、睡眠时间、每天哭闹次数以及体质量增长值进行比较。结果:观察组溢乳率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组开奶时长比对照组短,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠时间比对照组长,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组每天哭闹次数比对照组少,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体质量增长值比对照组大,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿行倾斜式卧位的效果显著,可降低溢乳发生率,改善睡眠状况。
Objective:To investigate the effect of oblique decubitus position on the incidence of galactorrhea and sleep quality of neonates.Methods:A total of 98 neonates treated in the department of neonatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given the supine position,and the observation group was given the inclined position.The rate of galactorrhea,the length of milk feeding,the sleeping time,the frequency of crying per day and the increase of body weight were compared between the two groups.Results:The galactorrhea rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of milking in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of crying per day in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase of body weight in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oblique decubitus can reduce the incidence of galactorrhea and improve the sleeping condition of neonates.
