摘要
500 MHz特高频发射系统内的电路复杂、参数繁杂,在设计的过程中容易产生寄生电容而形成谐振。文中从工程实践出发,针对电路的散射参数、阻抗匹配等问题,采用射频电路仿真软件ADS对发射系统中二极管上变频电路和功率放大器进行仿真分析,并对电路进行性能测试。通过仿真结果可以看出设计的电路符合实际要求,上变频器满足变频损耗不超过-25 dB,噪声系数不超过15 dB;功率放大器满足增益G大于20 dB,最大输出功率为2 W。
The 500 MHz UHF transmitter system contains complex circuits and miscellaneous parameters,so it is easy to generate parasitic capacitance and form a resonant circuit in the design process.In this paper,based on engineering practice,aiming at scattering parameters and impedance matching of the circuit,RF circuit simulation software ADS is used to simulate and analyze the diode up⁃conversion circuit and power amplifier in the transmitting system,and the circuit performance is tested.According to the simulation results,the designed circuit meets the actual requirements.The up⁃converter meets the requirements of frequency conversion loss less than-25 dB and noise coefficient less than 15 dB.Power amplifier to meet the gain G greater than 20 dB,maximum output power 2 W.
