摘要
本文通过对SPH磁选机齿板的加工研究,打破以往铣床加工齿型的模式,设计制作了刨床加工刀具,同时用组合夹具设计了工装,装夹方便,提高了齿板的加工效率。
Through investigating the processing of the SPH magnetic separator tooth plate,this paper breaks the tooth profile processing pattern of the previous milling machine,designs and produces planer processing tools,and uses a combined fixture to design the tooling,which is convenient for clamping and improves the processing efficiency of the tooth plate.
