摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析市售3种常见品牌喷墨打印机所使用的84种墨水制备的墨迹样品中的挥发性溶剂成分,并对不同墨迹中的溶剂成分的组成进行了归类总结。用不同型号的A、B品牌打印机的原装墨水打印A4纸,将C品牌打印机不同型号的墨水滴在A4纸上制备墨迹样本,第二天用打孔器取样,用含5 mg·L^(-1)苯甲酸乙酯的甲醇溶液提取其中的挥发性溶剂成分,提取液不分流进样,在HP-INNOWAX色谱柱上用程序升温分离其中的溶剂成分,再用配有电子轰击离子源(EI)的质谱仪进行检测,以保留时间和定性离子定性。结果显示:84种墨迹样本中的溶剂有二甘醇、三甘醇、2-吡咯烷酮、N-羟乙基-2-吡咯烷酮、甘油、1,5-戊二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇、1,6-己二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、三甘醇单丁醚等12种,且不同品牌、同种品牌不同型号的样本中挥发性溶剂组成具有一定特征性,以此可以将不同品牌乃至型号的墨迹样本进行区分,可为司法鉴定中喷墨打印文件真伪的鉴定提供技术参考。
A method was established to analyze the volatile solvent components in 84 ink blot samples prepared by 84 inks from 3 common brands of ink-jet printers by GC-MS, and the solvent components in different inks were classified and summarized. A4 paper was printed with original inks of different models of A and B brand printers, and ink drops blot of different models of C brand printer inks were collected with A4 paper. Samples were taken with a hole punch the next day, and volatile solvent components were extracted with methanol solution containing 5 mg·L^(-1) ethyl benzoate, and the extract was introduced into the GC-MS without split flow. The solvent components were separated by temperature programmed on an HP-INNOWAX chromatographic column, and then detected by mass spectrometer equipped with electron impact ion source(EI) for qualitative analysis with retention time and qualitative ions. The results showed that 12 solvents in 84 ink blot samples obtained were diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, 2-pyrrolidinone, 1-(2-Hydr-oxyethyl)-2-pyrrolidone, glycerol, 1,5-pentanediol, 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol, trimethylol propane, 1,6-hexanediol, 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether. The composition of volatile solvents in samples of different brands or different models of the same brand had certain characteristic, which can distinguish the ink blot samples of different brands and even models and provide technical reference for the identification of the authenticity of ink-jet printed documents in judicial identification.
