摘要
改革开放以来召开的八届党的全国代表大会,科学分析把握党和国家事业发展的不同阶段,紧紧围绕坚持和发展中国特色社会主义这个主题,并重点结合党的路线方针政策、经济体制改革、党的建设等领域对共同富裕与社会主义和中国特色社会主义的辩证关系进行纠偏、释疑与升华,明确共同富裕为中国特色社会主义的根本原则并初步提出实现共同富裕的“时间表”“路线图”,表明共同富裕日益全面融入到党的建设和中国特色社会主义事业建设全局。八届党的全国代表大会报告在探索社会主义建设道路的曲折历史进程中总结积累实现共同富裕的历史经验;在探究社会主义本质的过程中不断纠正对共同富裕理论的错误认知;在总结中国特色社会主义现代建设规律的过程中实现对共同富裕理论的丰富和发展。新时代中国特色社会主义共同富裕理论的创新和升华主要表现在:制度属性更加突出,实践举措更加得力,内涵目标更加丰富,国际影响更加广泛。
The eight National Congresses held since the reform and opening-up has analyzed and grasped the undertakings of the Party and the country developed in different stages scientifically.In the national congresses,representatives centered on the theme of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,and combined with the Party’s line principles and policies,the economic system reform,the Party’s construction and other fields to correct the deviation,clarify the misunderstandings and make a sublimation of the dialectical relationship between common prosperity and socialism with Chinese characteristics.The national congresses also cleared that common prosperity is the fundamental principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics and put forward the“schedule”and“road map”of preliminary realization of common prosperity.It shows that common prosperity is increasingly integrated into the overall situation of Party building and building socialism with Chinese characteristics.The national congresses summarized and accumulated the historical experience of realizing common prosperity in the course of exploring the tortuous historical process of socialist construction.In the course of exploring the essence of socialism,the government constantly corrects the wrong cognition of the theory of common prosperity.In the process of summing up the law of modern construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the theory of common prosperity is enriched and developed.The innovation and sublimation of the theory of common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era are mainly reflected in the prominent system attribution,effective measures,enriched connotation and goal,and wider international influence.
