某造纸车间钢屋面保温厚度的计算与分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文从内表面防结露、夏季隔热2个角度出发,对夏热冬冷地区代表城市采用钢结构屋面时,对其保温(隔热)层厚度进行了计算分析,得到在夏季室内温湿度达到某一状态时计算出的隔热厚度要大于冬季防结露计算的保温厚度,因此,提出夏热冬冷地区的造纸车间钢屋面保温层厚度应按夏季隔热计算确定,并进行冬季防结露验算。 On the basis of the inner surface anti-condensation and heat insulation in summer, through calculating and analyzing insulation thickness of the steel roof used in representative cities in Hot-summer and Cold-winter Zone, this paper points out that when the indoor temperature and humidity reach a certain state in summer, the calculated heat insulation thickness is greater than the calculated thickness against condensation. Therefore, the thickness of insulation layer of steel roof of papermaking workshop in such areas should be calculated by its heat insulation in summer and checked by the anti-condensation in winter.
