摘要
分析了某钢厂冷轧电镀锌工序能源消耗情况,2020年该工序通过管理节能、工艺技术节能、提高生产效率节能等措施降低工序能耗。2020年工序能源从上年月均67.15kgce/t下降到49.63kgce/t,降幅约26%。
This paper analyzed energy consumption of galvanizing process in one cold-rolling plant.In 2020,energy consumption reduced by measures of optimizing the process,standardizing the shutdown and shutdown,strengthening the maintenance of energy consuming equipment.In 2020,average monthly process energy decreased from 67.15kgce/t to 49.63 kgce/t,a decrease of about 26%.
