摘要
为了保证冲击工作面安全生产,采用了新型材料与新工艺的深孔爆破技术进行防治,研究结果表明,新型材料固化最大温度53℃,30 min固结强度可达4.6~6.1 MPa,失流时间5 min;新的囊袋封孔工艺具有简单、快速、易操作的优势,封孔时间10~15 min,封孔时间短、效率高;囊袋灌浆封孔方法是水泥药卷封孔方法工效的4倍。
In order to ensure the safe production of impact working face, deep hole blasting technology with new materials and new processes was developed for prevention and application research. The research results show that the maximum curing temperature of the new materials is 53 ℃, and the consolidation strength can reach 4.6 to 6.1 MPa in 30 min, the loss of flow time is 5 min;the new capsular bag sealing process has the advantages of simple, fast and easy to operate, the sealing time is between 10 and 15 min, the sealing time is short and the efficiency is high;the capsular bag grouting method is the work efficiency of cement cartridge sealing method is 4 times.
