摘要
评价芪术秦连散对靶动物猪的安全性。选用21日龄断奶健康的三元杂交保育猪40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。按推荐的临床用药剂量分组为1倍、3倍和5倍剂量组及空白对照组,连续给药7 d。结果表明,用药组猪的平均日增重较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);用药组猪的血液生理生化指标、脏器指数与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05),测定的各项指标均在正常范围之内;脏器剖检均未见明显的病理变化。说明芪术秦连散对猪是安全的,并有促进仔猪生长的作用。
In order to evaluate the safety of Qizhu Qinlian powder(Chinese veterinary medicine) in piglets,a total of 4021-day-old weaned healthy crossbred piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 piglets in each group. According to the recommended clinical dosage,the patients were divided into 1-fold,3-fold,5-fold dose groups and blank control group, which were administered continuously for 7 days. The results showed that the average daily gain of pigs was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in blood physiological and biochemical indexes and organ indexes compared with the control group(P>0.05),and all indexes were within the normal range;no obvious pathological changes were found in organ autopsy. It was showed that Qizhu Qinlian powder was safe for pigs and could promote the growth of piglets.
