摘要
总结李滋平教授治疗周围性面瘫的经验,在辨证上,他形成了一套以"五辨"为步骤,多种辨证方法相结合的辨证体系。在治疗上,他运用飞针通络调神,穴位注射透穴注药,汤药祛邪固本兼施,刺络放血通络祛邪,闪罐通经活络等在周围性面瘫的不同时期进行精准性治疗,将针、灸、药等中医疗法有机结合,以到达最佳的治疗效果。
To summarize Professor LI Zi-ping’s experience in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.In terms of syndrome differentiation,he formed a set of syndrome differentiation system with"five identification"as the step and a combination of various syndrome differentiation methods.In terms of treatment,he used flying needle to dredge collaterals and regulate spirit,drug injection through acupoints,decoction to dispel evil and consolidate the foundation,pricking collaterals,bloodletting to dredge collaterals and dispel evil,flashing pot to dredge meridians and activate collaterals to carry out accurate treatment in different periods of peripheral facial paralysis.He organically combined acupuncture,moxibustion,medicine and other traditional Chinese medicine therapies to achieve the best treatment effect.
