摘要
综述了中药中多炔类化合物的药理作用的研究进展,以期为该类化合物的后续研究提供参考。中药多炔类化合物具有抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、神经保护、抗炎、调节血脂、抗氧化、抗疲劳、促进雌二醇分泌、抗尿酸等药理作用,代谢性能良好。其中人参、柴胡中多炔类化合物的研究较为深入,可为新药研发提供先导化合物,有待进一步研究。
This paper reviews the pharmacological effects of polyacetylenes in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research of these compounds.Polyacetylene c ompounds in traditional Chinese medicine have many pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,anti-depression,neuroprotection,anti-inflammatory,regulating blood lipid,anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue,promoting estradiol secretion,anti-uric acid and so on,with good metabolic performance.Among them,the research of polyacetylenes in Renshen(Ginseng)and Chaihu(Bupleurum)is more in-depth,which can provide lead compounds for new drug research and development,and it needs further research.
