摘要
以“申青一号”黄瓜为试材,通过测定黄瓜幼苗的出苗率、株高,根长、根部鲜质量和全株鲜质量,研究了海藻渣、棘孢木霉菌(Trichoderma asperellum)GDFS1009菌剂及解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amylolique faciens)FS1841菌剂拌土处理对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,以期筛选出海藻渣与微生物菌剂复配使用的最佳浓度,达到协同增效的目的。结果表明:1%(w/w)的海藻渣、2.0×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1)芽孢杆菌菌剂、3.0×10^(5)cfu·g^(-1)木霉菌剂对黄瓜幼苗生长有显著促生作用。1%(w/w)海藻渣与2.0×10^(8)cfu·g^(1)芽孢杆菌菌剂及3.0×10^(5)cfu·g^(-1)木霉菌剂复配后与基质混合,可使黄瓜幼苗的根长、根质量、全株鲜质量、叶面积分别比对照提高67.25%、241.67%、136.44%,99.99%,且显著优于单独使用。
Taking‘Shenqing No.1’cucumber as test material,the seedling emergence rate,plantheight,root length,fresh weight of root,and fresh weight of the whole plant were measured andcompared respectively.The effects of seaweed residue,Trichoderma asperellum GDFS1009 and Bacillus amylolique faciens FS1841 mixed with soil on the growth of cucumber seedlings werestudied,in order to screen out the best concentration of seaweed residue and microbial inoculum,and achieve the goal of synergy.The results showed that 1%(w/w)seaweed residue,2.0×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1)Bacillus agent and 3.0×10^(5)cfu·g^(-1)Trichoderma agent could significantly promote the growth ofcucumber seedlings.1%(w/w)seaweed residue,2.0×10^(8)cfu·g^(-1)Bacillus agent,and 3.0×10^(5)cfu·g^(-1)Trichoderma agent were mixed with the substrate,which could increase the root length,root weight,fresh weight of the whole plant and leaf area of cucumber seedlings by 67.25%,241.67%,136.44%and 99.99%respectively compared with the control.
