摘要
中国《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南(2021年修订版)》(指南)在2021年3月发布。本指南新增大量最新研究证据,重点更新临床表现、诊断及评估、稳定期管理、急性加重管理、合并症4部分。本文对上述内容的重要更新做出解读,并对指南的未来修订方向作出展望。
Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(revised version 2021)was published in March 2021.This edition of COPD guidelines added substancial latest evidence.The guideline updated the four parts of clinical manifestations,diagnosis and assessment,management of stable COPD,management of exacerbation and comorbidities.This paper provided an interpretation of the above important updates and prospects for the future revision.
