摘要
构建以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,是党中央准确把握我国国情和世界形势的变化,基于经济运行的客观规律所作出的重要战略决策,对我国未来发展具有重要指导意义。面对多重不确定的经济形势,我国需要以全局性考虑,在不确定性中牢牢把握国内大循环的确定性,正确分析国内的独特发展优势,促进内外循环的联动。
It is an important strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee to build a new development pattern with the domestic big circulation as the main body,and make domestic and international double circulation promote each other to grasp the changes of China s national conditions and world situation,based on the objective laws of economic operation,it has important guiding significance for China s future development.Facing the economic situation with multiple uncertainties,China needs to take a more overall consideration,firmly grasp the certainty of the domestic circulation in the uncertainty,correctly analyze the unique development advantages of China,and promote the linkage between internal and external cycles.
