摘要
目的:揭示《阿育吠陀药材》收载的药材和辅料特点,有助于了解16世纪时印度阿育吠陀的用药情况。方法:摘录《阿育吠陀药材》中记载的药材和辅料的梵语药名、拉丁学名、中文药名、科名、属名、药味、药性、治疗用途、用药部位和用药禁忌等信息,制作数据表,并进行统计分析。结果:制得《<阿育吠陀药材>收载的药材和辅料信息统计表》,录入阿育吠陀药材286种,其中植物药212种(涉及74个科和177个属)、矿物药24种和动物药3种;具有甘味和苦味的药材占比最大,热性与凉性占比最多;治疗用途涉及12个系统,其中治疗消化系统疾病最多。辅料有424种,涉及18类,其中蔬菜类、肉类、果类、水和鱼类占比最大;具有甘味和涩味的辅料占比最大,性质沉重和凉性占比最多;治疗用途涉及15个系统,其中治疗消化和呼吸系统疾病最多。另有制剂11种。结论:《阿育吠陀药材》收载的植物药最多,而动物药极少,辅料种类丰富,亦具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To reveal the characteristics of medicinal materials and excipients contained in Materia Medica ofAyurveda,and to help understand the medication situation of Ayurvedic Medicinal Materials in India in16 th century.Method:The Sanskrit drug name,Latin scientific name,Chinese drug name,family name,genus name,drug taste,medicinal property,therapeutic use,drug site and drug contraindication information of medicinal materials and excipients recorded in Materia Medica ofAyurveda were extracted,and the data table was made and analyzed statistically.Result:A statistical table of information on medicinal materials and auxiliary materials contained in Ayurvedic medicinal materials was prepared,in which 286 kinds of Ayurvedic medicinal materials were recorded,including212 kinds of plant drugs(involving 74 families and 177 genera),24 kinds of mineral drugs and 3 kinds of animal drugs.The medicinal materials with sweet and bitter taste accounted for the largest proportion,and the medicinal materials with hot and cold taste accounted for the largest proportion.The therapeutic uses involved 12 systems,among which the treatment of digestive system diseases was the most.There were 424 kinds of exciphants,involving 18 categories,among which vegetable,meat,fruit,water and fish account for the largest proportion,the exciphants with sweet and astringent taste account for the largest proportion,and the exciphants with heavy and cool properties account for the largest proportion.Therapeutic uses involve 15 systems,among which digestive and respiratory system diseases was the most involved systems.In addition,there were 11 kinds of preparations.Conclusion:Materia Medica of Ayurveda contains the most plant drugs and the least animal drugs.It also has a certain therapeutic effect because of its abundant excidients.
