摘要
北京市正处于优质医疗资源供给紧张与浪费并存之矛盾凸显的局面。作为医患关系中至关重要的一方,医疗机构优质资源服务效率低下对医患之间的信任乃至人民健康产生不利影响。知名专家团队作为医院内部层级诊疗的有益探索,体现了医疗机构"以患者为中心"的服务理念,进而为改善卫生服务利用质量和效率以及医患关系提供了积极支持。通过定性研究方法,基于访谈数据分析医方视角下医患信任的影响因素和知名专家团队对建设医患信任产生影响的作用机制,探讨提高卫生服务效率、建立和谐医患关系的有效途径。
The contradiction between tight supply and waste of high-quality medical resources in Beijing is prominent at present.As a vital part of doctor-patient trust,the low efficiency of high-quality resource service in medical institutions will have an adverse impact on doctor-patient trust and even on peoples health.As a beneficial exploration of tiered medical services in the hospital,the Well-known Expert Team embodies the service concept of“patient-centered”in medical institutions,and then provides positive support for improving the utilization quality and efficiency of health services,along with the doctor-patient relationship.Through qualitative research methods and based on interview data,this paper analyzes the impact of Well-known Expert Team on building doctor-patient trust from the perspective of doctors,and discusses effective ways to improve health service efficiency and establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
