斜拉桥钢箱梁整体拼装及河道浮运技术研究

摘要 为解决在较少场地内进行钢箱梁拼装以及不通航内河钢箱梁浮运等问题,本文以鸭嘴岩大桥工程为研究背景,对斜拉桥钢箱梁整体拼装及河道浮运技术进行研究。基于BIM技术,提出拼装场地布置、较小场地钢箱梁整体拼装、钢箱梁从陆地运输至浮箱技术、浮箱及浮运体系建立。研究表明,基于BIM技术协助下拼装场地布置呈现流水线作业,实现在拼装场地对钢箱梁进行总体拼装;通过搭设正方形支撑梁及浮运支架并对安全性进行分析,使钢箱梁从陆地到浮运的体系转换实现对钢箱梁运输;通过设置地锚拖拽系统实现钢箱梁以及浮运体系在内河中运输,有效保证斜拉桥施工质量。 In this paper,the Yazuiyan Bridge project was taking as the object to study the integral assembling and floating transportation of cable-stayed bridge steel box girders under the condition of fewer sites and unnavigable rivers.Based on BIM technology,the assembly site layout and the integral assembling of steel box girders in smaller sites were proposed.Besides,the transportation technology of steel box girder from land to buoyancy container and the design of buoyancy container and floating transportation system were put forward.This study showed that the assembly site layout assisted by BIM technology presented an assembly line operation,and the overall assembly of the steel box girder was completed at the assembly site.By installing square support beams and floating supports on the buoyancy container and analyzing the safety,the transformation system conversion of the steel box girders from land to floating was realized.By setting the ground anchor towing system,the steel box girders and floating transportation system were transported in the inland river.Those measures effectively guaranteed the construction quality of the cable-stayed bridge.
