摘要
配电自动化是农村智能电网的重要部分,配电自动化不仅能提高农村电网的供电可靠性和减少停电范围,也是提升配电网智能化运行水平的重要手段。笔者通过分析国内外农网配电自动化建设现状,以及农网配电自动化存在的问题,结合农村电网的特点,从稳定性、实用性、先进性和经济性的角度出发,提出因地制宜规划配电自动化,为农村配电网的安全、可靠、优质、经济、高效提供技术支持,为电力企业规划农网配电自动化提供参考。
Distribution automation is an important part of rural smart grid.Distribution automation can not only improve the reliability of power supply and reduce the power outage range of rural power grid but also an important means to improve the intelligent operation level of distribution network.By analyzing the current situation of distribution automation construction in rural power grid at home and abroad and the existing problems of distribution automation in rural power grid combined with the characteristics of rural power grid from the perspective of stability practicability advancement and economy this paper puts forward the planning of distribution automation according to local conditions which provides technical support for the safety reliability high quality economy and high efficiency of rural distribution network and provides reference for power enterprises in planning distribution automation in rural power grid.
