摘要
在煤制乙二醇化工工业,合成气中的H_(2)、CO分离及提纯是生产过程中的关键。本文结合某公司2021年度大修对净化车间氢碳分离装置前端净化系统分子筛粉化原因进行分析,简要阐述分子筛吸附器在检修过程中发现的问题及相应的解决措施,以达到降低分子筛流失,提高分子筛吸附器运行率的目的。
In coal to ethylene glycol chemical industry,the separation and purification of H_(2) and CO in syngas is the key in the production process.Combined with the overhaul of a company in 2021,this paper analyzes the causes of molecular sieve pulverization in the front-end purification system of hydrogen and carbon separation unit in the purification workshop,and briefly expounds the problems found in the maintenance of molecular sieve adsorber and the corresponding solutions,so as to reduce the loss of molecular sieve and improve the operation rate of molecular sieve adsorber.
