摘要
地理国情监测与基础测绘均是贯彻落实科学发展观、制定国家及区域发展战略公益性测绘地理信息事业的重要组成部分。对新疆基础性地理国情监测及1∶1万基础测绘外业工作内容及相关关系展开研究,找出二者存在的对应关系,为今后开展外业"一次采集、两次利用"提供一定的理论基础,最终实现节省投入,降低成本,提高生产效率的目的。
Basic geographical conditions monitoring and 1∶10000 basic surveying and mapping are parts of public welfare surveying and mapping geographical information undertakings that carry out the scientific concept of development and formulate national and regional development strategies.In this paper,we researched the relationship between basic geographical conditions monitoring and basic surveying and mapping field work,and found out the corresponding relationship,which could provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of"one time collection and two times utilization",save investment,reduce cost and improve production efficiency.
