综放面喷洒吸收液治理硫化氢工艺参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过硫化氢气体监测分析手段,获得生产期间硫化氢气体在下风侧横向和纵向上运移规律;根据硫化氢气体的分布特点,提出在采煤机滚筒处喷洒吸收液及在下风侧设置拦截喷雾装置的治理技术,同时设计和布置了喷洒装置。通过喷洒吸收液治理硫化氢的试验研究,获得治理硫化氢的最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,采煤机司机处硫化氢降低效率高达84.4%、下风流C22测点处硫化氢降低效率高达86.7%,硫化氢得到有效治理。 Through the monitoring and analysis of hydrogen sulfide gas,the law of the horizontal and vertical migration of hydrogen sulfide gas on the leeward side during production was obtained.According to the distribution characteristics of hydrogen sulfide gas,it was proposed to spray absorption liquid at the shearer drum and set it on the leeward side.The treatment technology of the spray device,and design and arrange the spray device were intercepted at the same time.Through the experimental research on the treatment of hydrogen sulfide by spraying the absorption liquid,the best process parameters for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide were obtained.The test results show that the hydrogen sulfide reduction efficiency at the shearer driver is as high as 84.4%,and the hydrogen sulfide reduction efficiency at the C22 measuring point of the downwind flow is as high as 86.7%,and the hydrogen sulfide is effectively treated.
