摘要
矿业权重叠多年制约我国资源合理开发利用,本文利用归纳演绎法、文献计量法对矿业权重叠的相关研究文献进行分析,明晰当前矿业权重叠研究趋势,展望未来矿业权管理研究发展方向。研究发现,矿业权重叠相关文献在2009—2020年呈现上升趋势且发文量突增,尤其是矿产资源法修订之际,矿业权重叠相关研究成为热门话题。通过CiteSpace对文献进行可视化后发现加强矿业权管理、矿业权重叠形成原因等是当前研究的热点关键词,热点关键词聚焦三个研究主题:矿业权重叠的理论研究、矿业权重叠管理的政策、矿业权重叠的几种情形。建议未来积极探索矿业权重叠协调开发模式,加强矿业权重叠的对策研究,进一步保障矿产资源的节约集约利用。
Overlapping mining rights has restricted the development and utilization of my country's resources for many years.This article uses inductive deduction and bibliometric methods to analyze the relevant research literature of mining rights overlap,clarify the current research trend of mining rights overlap,and look forward to the future development direction of mining rights management research.The study found that the literature on overlapping mining rights showed an upward trend from 2009 to 2020 and the amount of publications increased sharply.Especially when the Mineral Resources Law is revised,research on overlapping mining rights has become a hot topic.After visualizing the literature through CiteSpace,it is found that“strengthening the management of mining rights”and“the reasons for the overlapping of mining rights”are hot keywords in the current research.The hot keywords focus on three research topics:“theoretical research on the overlapping of mining rights”,“policies for overlapping management of mining rights”and several situations of overlapping mining rights.It is recommended to actively explore the mode of overlapping and coordinated development of mining rights in the future,strengthen the research on countermeasures for overlapping mining rights,and further ensure the economical and intensive use of mineral resources.
