摘要
目的:探讨新生儿科监护室心电监护仪常见报警原因及针对性措施。方法:从本院新生儿科监护室在2019年1月~2019年12月所收治的新生儿患者中随机选取60例,平均分成研究组(n=30)与比照组(n=30)展开研究,比照组患儿给予常规心电监护,研究组患儿则加强针对性干预措施。观察并比较两组报警发生情况。结果:在对新生儿进行心电监护期间,测量值高或低于报警值以及心电图基线游走不定、SpO_(2)传感器故障以及导联选择错误、导联脱落以及误报警等均为较为常见产生报警的原因,其中相较于比照组,研究组心电监护仪常见报警原因明显更少,组间差异存在统计分析含义(P<0.05)。结论:在对新生儿科监护室中的新生儿进行监护期间,导致心电监护仪产生报警的原因较多,为促使报警次数以及误报警次数减少,必须对其加强针对性干预。
Objective:To explore the common alarm causes and corresponding measures of ECG monitor in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:60 cases of neonatal patients admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was given routine ECG monitoring,while the study group was given targeted intervention.The occurrence of alarm was observed and compared between the two groups.Results:During the ECG monitoring of newborns,the measured value is higher or lower than the alarm value,ECG baseline wandering,SpO_(2) sensor failure,lead selection error,lead falling off,and false alarm are all common alarms.The reason is that compared with the control group,the study group’s ECG monitors have significantly fewer common alarm causes,and the differences between the groups have statistical analysis meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many reasons for the alarm of ECG monitor in the neonatal intensive care unit.In order to reduce the number of alarm and false alarm,it is necessary to strengthen the targeted intervention.
