摘要
目的:探究发射单光子计算机断层扫描仪结合高频超声检查对于甲状腺癌患者的临床诊断效果。方法:选取2018年11月~2019年10月本院收治的83例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,分别对患者进行发射单光子计算机断层扫描(ETC)检查、高频超声检查及ETC结合高频超声检查,对比三组检查诊断准确率。结果:ETC与高频超声检查诊断准确率经对比数据无明显差异(P>0.05);且均显著低于ETC结合高频超声检查诊断准确率,数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ETC结合高频超声检查对于甲状腺癌患者的临床诊断准确率较高,具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)combined with high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods:83 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were examined by emission single photon computed tomography(ETC),high frequency ultrasound and etc combined with high frequency ultrasound respectively,and the accuracy of the three groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy between ETC and high-frequency ultrasound(P>0.05);and both were significantly lower than the diagnostic accuracy of ETC combined with high-frequency ultrasound,the data difference was obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:ETC combined with high frequency ultrasound has a high accuracy in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer patients,and has a high clinical application value.
