摘要
目的:对比分析治疗牙周炎应用牙周超声治疗仪、Gracey刮治器的临床疗效。方法:110例牙周炎患者为本院2018年3月~2019年11月收治,依据患者治疗意愿将其分为对照组55例、观察组55例。将应用Gracey刮治器治疗的患者作为对照组,将在Gracey刮治器基础上应用牙周超声治疗仪治疗的患者作为观察组,对两组治疗前后的相关牙周指标、治疗总有效率以及疼痛发生率进行观察和比较。结果:观察组治疗后相关牙周指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗牙周炎应用牙周超声治疗仪、Gracey刮治器效果显著,疼痛度低。
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of periodontitis with periodontal ultrasound therapy instrument and Gracey curettage.Methods:110 patients with periodontitis were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to November 2019.They were divided into control group(55 cases)and observation group(55 cases)according to their treatment intentions.The patients treated with Gracey curette were taken as the control group,and the patients treated with periodontal ultrasound therapy instrument on the basis of Gracey curette were taken as the observation group.The relevant periodontal indexes,total therapeutic efficiency and incidence of pain before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The periodontal index of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of periodontitis with periodontal ultrasound therapy instrument and Gracey curettage has obvious effect and low pain degree.
