摘要
目的:研究关节镜微创技术应用在关节外科手术当中的效果。方法:选择在2018年12月~2019年8月到本院进行治疗的70例关节外科手术患者,按随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组平均35例。分别对两组患者进行关节镜微创手术和常规的开放性手术治疗,比较不同治疗的效果。结果:观察组的治疗优良率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;对两组患者治疗以后的VAS评分和Lysholm评分进行比较,观察组明显比对照组更优,P<0.05。结论:应用关节镜微创技术可有效促进关节外科手术治疗的效果提升。
Objective:To study the effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive technique applied in joint surgery.Methods:70 patients with joint surgery who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random method,with an average of 35 cases in each group.Arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery and conventional open surgery were performed on the two groups of patients,and the effects of different treatments were compared.Results:The treatment excellent rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;comparing the VAS score and Lysholm score of the two groups of patients after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of arthroscopic minimally invasive technique can effectively promote the effect of joint surgery.
