摘要
目的:分析自体血回输机在宫外孕破裂出血腹腔镜手术中的应用效果,为临床宫外孕破裂出血腹腔镜手术治疗提供借鉴。方法:选取本院2016年5月~2020年12月收治的行腹腔镜手术进行治疗的42例宫外孕破裂出血患者为研究对象,基于在手术中是否应用自体血回输机将其分为两组。组间一般资料差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组输入异体血来补充血容量,研究组采用自体血回输来补充血容量。观察两组治疗前后各项血常规指标以及输血不良反应发生率和术后感染发生率。结果:对照组治疗后RBC、HB和HCT指标分别为(3.49±0.65)×10^(12)/L、(103.31±12.07)g/L和(31.76±5.02)%,均显著低于治疗前的(3.88±0.75)×10^(12)/L、(120.82±16.30)g/L和(37.28±5.41)%(P<0.05),治疗前后PLT指标没有显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组治疗前后各项血常规指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组患者输血不良反应发生率和术后感染发生率均为0(0/51),均显著低于对照组的23.81%(5/21)和19.05%(4/21)(P<0.05)。结论:在宫外孕破裂出血腹腔镜手术中应用自体血回输机有助于保障血常规指标稳定,避免输血不良反应和术后感染的发生。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of autologous blood transfusion machine in laparoscopic surgery for rupture and hemorrhage of ectopic pregnancy,so as to provide reference for clinical laparoscopic surgery for rupture and hemorrhage of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:42 cases of ectopic pregnancy rupture bleeding patients treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group received allogeneic blood transfusion,while the study group received autologous blood transfusion.The blood routine indexes,incidence of transfusion adverse reactions and postoperative infection were observed.Results:After treatment in the control group,the indexes of RBC,HB and HCT were(3.49±0.65)×10^(12)/L,(103.31±12.07)g/L and(31.76±5.02)%,which were significantly lower than those before treatment(3.88±0.75)×10^(12)/L,(120.82±16.30)g/L and(37.28±5.41)%(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in PLT indexes before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood routine indexes before and after treatment in the study group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse blood transfusion and postoperative infection rates in the study group were both 0(0/51),which were significantly lower than the 23.81%(5/21)and 19.05%(4/21)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of autologous blood transfusion machine in laparoscopic surgery for ruptured bleeding of ectopic pregnancy helps to ensure the stability of blood routine indexes and avoid adverse blood transfusion reactions and postoperative infections.
