摘要
目的:分析胃镜治疗老年上消化道出血的效果,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年12月本院收治的86例老年上消化道出血患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,组间一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者给予去甲肾上腺素药物治疗和凝血酶治疗,研究组采用胃镜进行治疗。观察两组患者的治疗有效率、症状消失时间、住院时间和再出血发生率。结果:研究组总治疗有效率为95.35%(41/43),显著高于对照组的74.42%(32/43),P<0.05。研究组止血时间、大便潜血转阴时间和肠鸣音消失时间分别为(18.09±3.94)h、(34.92±7.62)h和(37.72±6.52)h,均显著短于对照组的(33.96±6.23)h、(50.71±10.14)h和(54.49±9.61)h,P<0.05。研究组住院时间为(7.02±2.27)d,显著短于对照组的(11.71±3.53)d,P<0.05。研究组再出血发生率为0(0/43),显著低于对照组的11.63%(5/43),P<0.05。结论:胃镜治疗老年上消化道出血可以显著提升治疗有效率,缩短症状消失时间和住院时间,降低再出血发生率,效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of gastroscopy in the treatment of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:86 cases of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group was treated with norepinephrine and thrombin,while the study group was treated with gastroscopy.The effective rate,symptom disappearance time,hospitalization time and rebleeding rate of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35%(41/43),which was significantly higher than 74.42%(32/43)of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the hemostasis time,stool occult blood turning negative time and bowel sounds disappearing time were(18.09±3.94)h,(34.92±7.62)h and(37.72±6.52)h,which were significantly shorter than(33.96±6.23)h,(50.71±10.14)h and(54.49±9.61)h,(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the study group was(7.02±2.27)d,significantly shorter than(11.71±3.53)d,(P<0.05).The incidence of rebleeding in the study group was 0(0/43),which was significantly lower than 11.63%(5/43)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastroscopy in the treatment of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the time of symptom disappearance and hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of rebleeding.
