摘要
目的:观察强化健康教育在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取60例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施强化健康教育,比较两组护理前后负性情绪评分和生命质量评分。结果:护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,环境、社会关系、心理功能和生理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施强化健康教育可降低老年高血压患者负性情绪评分,提高生命质量评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of intensive health education in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 elderly patients with hypertension,and they were divided into control group and study group by using the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,while the study group was given the intensive health education on the basis of that of the control group.The negative emotion scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale of the study group were lower than those of the control group;the scores of environment,social relations,mental function and physiological function were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the implementation of the health education can reduce the negative emotion scores of the elderly hypertensive patients and improve their quality of life scores.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
