摘要
医院档案具有类型多、数量大等特点,例如会计档案、医学档案、基本建设档案、文书档案、人事档案以及科教档案等,尤其是随着医院的快速发展,各种档案数据不断的积累和增加,若依然沿用传统的档案管理模式,势必无法满足医院档案管理发展的实际需求。因此,档案管理作为医院管理工作的重要内容,需要针对医院档案管理的现状,采取针对性强、多样化的管理对策,实现医院档案管理水平的提升。文章介绍了医院档案管理的重要性,对医院档案管理现存的问题进行分析,探究医院档案管理改革的必要性,并提出了加强档案管理的对策,希望能够为医院档案管理事业的可持续与长足发展做出应有的贡献。
Hospital archives have the characteristics of many types and large quantities,such as accounting files,medical files,capital construction files,document files,personnel files,and science and education files.Especially with the rapid development of hospitals,various file data continue to accumulate and increase.If the traditional file management model is still used,it will not be able to meet the actual needs of the development of hospital file management.Therefore,as an important content of hospital management,archives management needs to take targeted and diversified management strategies in accordance with the current situation of hospital archives management to achieve the improvement of the level of hospital archives management.This article introduces the importance of hospital archives management,analyzes the existing problems of hospital archives management,explores the necessity of hospital archives management reform,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen archives management,hoping to contribute to the sustainability and long-term development of hospital archives management.
