摘要
概述了水溶性型芯的种类及其适用性,按所用基体材料的不同可分为水溶性盐芯、水溶性耐火材料芯和水溶性有机型芯,其应用领域各有不同。重点介绍了国内外水溶性型芯的研究及应用情况,目前复杂内腔铸件用水溶性型芯的研究主要集中在水溶性盐芯和水溶性耐火材料芯,常用的熔融浇注法、压制烧结法和粘结成形法等成形方法均需要模具成形,无法满足型芯形状更复杂、结构更精细的要求。通过分析未来水溶性型芯材料及其成形与抗湿强化技术的发展趋势,认为水溶性型芯3D打印快速成形将是其未来发展的重要方向。
The types and applicability of water-soluble cores were summarized.According to the different base materials used,it could be divided into water-soluble salt core,water-soluble refractory core and water-soluble organic core,they had different application areas.As a focus,the research and application situation of water-soluble cores at home and abroad was introduced.At present,the study on water-soluble cores for castings with complex internal cavity mainly concentrated in the water-soluble salt core and the water-soluble refractory core.Commonly used melting and pouring method,pressing and sintering method and bond forming method all require pattern for forming,unable to meet the requirements of more complex core shape and more refined structure.By analyzing the development trend of water-soluble core material and its forming and moisture resistance strengthening technology,the rapid formation of water-soluble core 3D printing would be an important direction of its future development.
