摘要
肝癌作为我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其恶性程度高,预后极差,严重威胁我国人民生命健康。新冠肺炎疫情当下,不良情绪,不健康的饮食和生活方式,就医不便等诸多社会环境因素成为肝癌患病和死亡的主要原因。从肝癌的四级预防出发,对疫情期间肝癌预防及控制措施进行综述,阐明肝癌影响因素对其发生发展和预后的影响。
As one of the most common malignant tumors in China,liver cancer has a high degree of malignancy and a poor prognosis,which is a serious threat to the life and health of people.COVID-19 pandemic,bad mood,unhealthy diet and lifestyle,inconvenience for medical treatment and many other social and environmental factors become the main causes of liver cancer and death.Starting from the fourth-level prevention of liver cancer,this paper summarizes the prevention and control measures of liver cancer during the pandemic,and expounds the influence of influencing factors on the occurrence,development and prognosis of liver cancer.
