造纸法再造烟叶废水中微生物多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 造纸法再造烟叶废水中富含微生物,而了解废水中微生物的多样性,将有助于针对性的优化生化处理工艺,提高废水处理效果。本文采用16S rRNA基因高通量测序对某造纸法再造烟叶生产废水污泥中微生物多样性进行了分析。结果表明,其所包含菌门数占到了目前细菌域中已经发现的菌门数中的80%,显示了废水污泥的物种多样性和群落结构复杂性,从侧面佐证了其在降解有机污染物和无机污染物以及降低废水水质色度方面的独特活性和广谱性,从而为再造烟叶废水处理的效果提供了稳定而高效的重要保障。 The wastewater from recycled tobacco leaf production by papermaking process is rich in microorganisms.Understanding the diversity of microorganisms in wastewater will help to optimize the biochemical treatment process and improve the wastewater treatment effect.In this paper,16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the microbial diversity in the sludge of wastewater from recycled tobacco leaf production by papermaking process.The results indicated that the number of the contained in it accounted for 80%of that found in the current bacterial domain,showing the species diversity and community structure complexity of wastewater sludge,and proving its unique activity and broad spectrum in degrading organic and inorganic pollutants and reducing the color of wastewater water quality.Thus,it provided an important guarantee for the stability and efficiency of the wastewater treatment effect of recycled tobacco leaf production.
