摘要
随着经济社会的发展和医疗水平的提高,老年人在精神文化方面的需求逐步提升。作为一种新型养老方式,文化养老更加关注老年人精神文化方面的需求。由于我国文化养老发展较晚,发展过程中还存在一些障碍。社会工作的专业特性契合文化养老在发展中的新需要,可以成为推动文化养老发展的重要力量。以H市为例,通过问卷调查了解城市社区老年人的文化养老状况与需求,探索社会工作参与城市社区文化养老的理论机制,解析社会工作参与城市社区文化养老的理论支持、角色与需要遵守的工作原则,在此基础上结合实际调查从政府和社区社会组织层面提出社会工作参与城市社区文化养老的具体路径。
With the development of the economic society and the improvement of medical standards,the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly have gradually emerged.As a new type of elderly care,cultural elderly care attaches importance to the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly.Due to the delayed development of our country,there are still some obstacles in the development process.The professional characteristics of social work meet the new demands of cultural elderly care in the development,and can become an important force to promote the development of it.Take H city as an example,through questionnaire surveys to learn about the cultural elderly care status and needs of the elderly in urban communities,explore the theoretical mechanism of social work participating,and analyze the theoretical support,roles and working principles for social work to participate in cultural elderly care in urban communities.Based on this,combined with actual surveys,specific paths for social work participation in cultural elderly care are presented from the level of government and community social organizations.
