摘要
对于大跨度桥梁,采用顶推架设或悬臂拼装时,由于悬臂过长,会造成负弯矩和挠度过大,临时墩可以解决这一施工难题。临时墩在主桥未合龙之前相当于桥墩,可以减小梁的悬臂长度,改善梁的受力状态,临时墩的可靠性是保障大跨度桥梁顺利施工的前提。文中结合郑州黄河特大桥主桥的设计,探讨了主桥临时墩的设计方案、施工工艺,并对主桥临时墩结构进行了数值计算。结果表明,主桥临时墩结构的强度、刚度、稳定性均符合规范要求。
For long-span bridges,when using pushing for installation or balance cantilever erection,the negative bending moment and excessive deflection will exist due to the long cantilever.And temporary piers can solve this construction problem.The temporary pier is equivalent to the bridge pier before the closure of main bridge,which can reduce the beam cantilever length and improve the beam stress state.The safety and reliability of temporary piers is a prerequisite to ensure the smooth construction of long-span bridge.the design scheme and construction technology of temporary piers of the main bridge are discussed in combination with the main bridge design of the Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge,and the main bridge temporary pier structure numerical calculations are carried out.The calculation results show that the strength,rigidity and stability of the main bridge temporary pier structure meet the specification requirements.
