摘要
针对振动能量采集器对环境中振动能量响应频带较窄的问题,该文提出了一种弹性支承外部磁铁的非线性切断式二自由度压电能量采集器。该弹性支承保证了能量采集器处于双稳态中,实现了能量采集器的宽频带响应。建立了采集器的集中参数理论模型,并研究了不同频率的正弦外界激励下该能量采集器弹性支承外部磁铁与内梁自由端磁铁的间距值变化对采集器电压输出和采集频带的影响。仿真和实验结果表明,随着弹性支承的外部磁铁和内梁自由端磁铁的间距逐渐减小,采集器的均方根电压输出逐渐增大,其采集频带也相应被拓宽。当能量采集器的水平间距值从10 mm调整为5 mm时,该能量采集器一阶谐振频率的均方根电压增长了1.5倍,同时二阶谐振频带拓宽了2.25倍。
A nonlinear cut-off two-degree-of-freedom piezoelectric energy harvester with an elastically supported external magnet is proposed in this paper to address the problem of narrow response band of vibration energy harvester to environmental vibration.The elastic support ensures that the energy harvester is in a bistable state and realizes a wide frequency band response.A centralized parametric theoretical model of the energy harvester is established,and the effect of the variation of the spacing between the external magnet of the elastic support and the magnet at the free end of the inner beam on the voltage output and the acquisition frequency band of the energy harvester under different frequencies of sinusoidal external excitation is investigated.The simulation and experimental results show that the root mean square(RMS)voltage output of the harvester increases and the acquisition frequency band is widened with the decrease of the distance between the elastic support external magnet and the magnet at the inner beam free end.When the horizontal space of the energy harvester is adjusted from 10 mm to 5 mm,the RMS voltage at the first-order resonant frequency of the energy harvester increases by a factor of 1.5,the second-order resonant band is widened by a factor of 2.25.
