摘要
目的探讨循证护理联合耳穴贴压对老年高血压患者血压变异性(BPV)的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月北京市延庆区医院收治的76例老年高血压患者为研究对象,并随机分入观察组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组患者实施循证护理,观察组患者实施循证护理联合耳穴贴压。比较两组干预前和干预4周后的BPV各项指标。结果干预前,两组间BPV各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。干预后,两组的24 h收缩压变异标准差(24hSSD)、24 h舒张压变异标准差(24hDSD)、昼间收缩压变异标准差(dSSD)和昼间舒张压变异标准差(dDSD)均显著低于同组干预前(P值均<0.05);且观察组的上述指标均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预后,对照组的晚间收缩压变异标准差(nSSD)与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的n SSD显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的晚间舒张压变异标准差(n DSD)与同组干预前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者实施循证护理联合耳穴贴压干预,可显著改善BPV相关指标。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with auricular plaster therapy on blood pressure variability(BPV)in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 76 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Beijing Yanqing District Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received evidence-based nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with auricular plaster therapy.The BPVrelated indicators before and 4 weeks after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in BPV-related indicators between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the 24-h systolic blood pressure standard deviation(24 hSSD),24-h diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(24 hDSD),daytime systolic blood pressure standard deviation(dSSD),daytime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(dDSD)of the two groups were all significantly lower than those of the same group before intervention(all P<0.05),and the above indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the nighttime systolic blood pressure standard deviation(nSSD)of the control group between before and after the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the nSSD of the observation group was significantly lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in nighttime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(nDSD)of the two groups between before and after the intervention(both P>0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with auricular plaster therapy can significantly improve BPV-related indicators in elderly patients with hypertension.
