摘要
目的:探讨对糖尿病患者实施血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白联合检验的临床价值。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年5月阳春市人民医院收治的糖尿病患者120例作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者120例作为对照组,所选研究对象均通过TOSOHHLC-723G8型全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪和西门子全自动化学发光分析仪Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP实施糖化血红蛋白和血清C肽水平检验,比较两组的检验结果。结果:相较于对照组健康体检者,观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白水平明显更高,血清C肽明显更低,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检验血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白水平能够为糖尿病的早期诊断提供参考。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum C peptide and hemoglobin in diabetic patients.Methods 120 diabetic patients admitted by Yangchun People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020,and 120 health examiners were selected as control groups.They tested hemoglobin and serum C peptide through type TOSOHHLC-723G8 and Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP to compare the test results of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,higher hemoglobin,lower serum C peptide,and significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined testing of serum C peptide and hemoglobin levels can provide reference for the early diagnosis of diabetes.
