摘要
随着新一轮信息产业革命的兴起,互联网信息技术正在与各行各业深入开展进行融合,金融行业自然也不例外。受"互联网+"热潮的影响,互联网金融随之诞生。本文通过分析互联网金融给传统金融业带来的影响、加强互联网金融监管的必要性及我国互联网金融快速发展的历史原因等角度出发,进一步阐述了现阶段我国互联网金融行业中存在的各类风险,并提出了互联网金融的风险防范路径。
With the rise of a new round of information industry revolution, Internet information technology is deeply integrated with all walks of life, and the financial industry is no exception. Influenced by the "Internet+" boom,Internet finance was born. This paper analyzes from the perspective of the impact of Internet Finance on the traditional financial industry, the necessity of strengthening the Internet Finance supervision and the historical reasons for the rapid development of Internet Finance in China, further expounds the various risks existing in China’s Internet finance industry at the present stage, and puts forward some risk prevention paths of Internet Finance.
