摘要
随着我国金融业不断发展,各种新兴金融业态不断出现,金融监管事权逐渐由中央事权下放。2017年设立了国务院金融稳定发展委员会,从2020年2月全国各地陆续建立了金融委办公室地方协调机制,央地金融协调监管逐渐深化。本文在此背景下,探讨如何夯实央地合作监管,促进区域金融稳定。
With the continuous development of Chinese fi nancial industry and the emergence of various emerging fi nancial formats,the power of fi nancial supervision is gradually delegated from the central government.In 2017,the State Council Financial Stability and Development Committee were established.Local coordination mechanisms for fi nancial committee offi ces have been established across the country since February 2020.Central and local fi nancial coordination and supervision have gradually deepened.In this context,this article discusses how to consolidate cooperation between central and local governments and promote regional fi nancial stability.
