摘要
汉麻因其独特的优良特性与广阔的应用前景,近年来逐渐受到黑龙江省政府的高度重视与推广种植,黑龙江省也成为我国汉麻种植面积最大的省份。为了推动黑龙江省汉麻产业更好更快地发展,课题组通过分析黑龙江省的汉麻发展政策、产业发展优势及种植与产业现状,从政府颁布的政策不完善、机械化程度低及农民积极性不高等方面指出黑龙江省汉麻产业化发展过程中存在的问题,并给出相应发展对策。
Because hemp has unique characteristics and wide application prospects,it has been very worried and promoted by Heilongjiang provincial government in the years Last.Heilongjiang province is also the province with the largest area of hemp.In order to improve the rapid development of the hemp industry in Heilongjiang province,the research group analyses the advantages of hemp industrial development and the current state of the hemp industry and presents the problems that exist in the process of developing the industrialisation of hemp in the Heilongjiang province,such as the imperfect government policies,low level of mechanisation and low enthusiasm of farmers-appropriate development measures propose.
