硒浓度对高温胁迫下生菜抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】硒能缓解高温胁迫对生菜的影响,为了探明喷施硒的适宜浓度。【方法】采用水培方式,分别设置0.5、1.0、1.5和2.0 mg/L的硒溶液,研究不同浓度硒对高温胁迫下生菜的生长、叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。【结果】生菜生长量、叶绿素含量及抗氧化酶活性均随喷施硒浓度的增加,呈先升高后降低的趋势。喷施1.0 mg/L硒时,生菜的根长、真叶数、地上及地下部干鲜质量最高;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量显著提高,分别为对照的1.20、1.19、1.20、1.21倍;SOD、POD和CAT的活性显著增加,其中POD活性最高,为对照的1.54倍;丙二醛含量最低,为对照的65.9%。【结论】喷施1.0 mg/L硒溶液能显著缓解高温胁迫对水培生菜的伤害。 [Objective]Selenium can alleviate the damage of high temperature stress on lettuce,but the appropriate concentration of selenium spraying was still unclear.[Methods]The effects of selenium(Se)concentration(0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 mg/L)on growth,contents of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde(MDA),activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)of lettuce under high temperature stress were studied by hydroponic culture.[Results]With the increasing of selenium concentration,the growth,chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity of lettuce showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When 1.0 mg/L Se was applied,root length,true leaf number,dry and fresh weight of shoot and root parts of lettuce were the highest.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid were significantly increased,which were 1.20,1.19,1.20,1.21 times of the control,respectively.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT were significantly increased,and POD activity was the highest,which was 1.54 times that of the control.The content of MDA was the lowest,which was 65.9%of the control.[Conclusion]Spraying 1.0 mg/L selenium solution can significantly alleviate the damage of hydroponic lettuce under high temperature stress.
