摘要
相比传统活性污泥工艺,好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)技术在提升泥水分离效果、抗冲击负荷能力、同步脱氮除磷、剩余污泥减量等方面有着明显的优势,是污水生物处理技术发展的重要方向之一,但AGS培养时间较长一直是限制其大规模应用的瓶颈。有机负荷、水力剪切力、污泥沉降时间、进水基质组分是污泥颗粒化的主要影响因素。总结了缩短AGS培养时间的措施,并对AGS今后的研究方向进行展望。
Comparing with the traditional activated sludge process,aerobic granular sludge(AGS)technology has obvious advantages in improving the sludge/water separation effect,resistance to shock loading,simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus,excess sludge reduction and so on.Thus it was regarded as one important development direction of the wastewater biological treatment technology.However,the longer cultivation time of AGS is a bottleneck for its large-scale application.Organic load,hydraulic shear force,sludge settling time and influent matrix composition are the main factors affecting the sludge granulation.The strengthening measures to shorten AGS cultivation time are summarized in this paper.And the future research directions of AGS are also prospected.
