摘要
通过实际工程案例,分析喷漆室循环风应用对比传统送排风方案的节能减排效果。通过计算数据显示:喷漆室循环风系统能够显著降低设备运行成本及投资成本,在满足涂装车间相关安全规范的前提下经济效益非常可观,所以,循环风的利用在节能减排方面显得尤为重要,是涂装车间降本的非常重要的措施,为新建涂装车间及改造项目设计提供了一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the application of circulating air in spray booth compared with the traditional air supply and exhaust scheme. The calculation data shows that, the circulating air system of spray booth can significantly reduce the equipment operation cost and investment cost, and the economic benefit is very considerable under the premise of meeting the relevant safety specifications of painting workshop. Therefore, the utilization of circulating air is particularly important in energy saving and emission reduction,which is a very important measure to reduce the cost of painting workshop, and provides reference for the design of new painting workshop and transformation project It has a certain guiding significance.
