多种地基处理形式联合设计方法的应用研究

摘要 为更好地满足建筑物基础不同部位对地基承载力提出的要求,提出多种地基处理形式联合设计的建议。以某地基项目为实际案例,分析联合设计CFG桩复合地基、换填垫层等地基处理形式。为掌握复杂荷载工程条件对不同位置地基变形造成的影响,应用专业软件模拟分析了地基处理后的变形情况,比较不同测量方法下的沉降量。统计发现,采用规范计算法算出的沉降量偏大,数值分析结果和实测值更接近。地基处理时联合运用多种方法,能较好地控制复杂工况下建筑体的变形问题,值得推广。 In order to better meet the requirements of foundation bearing capacity of different parts of building foundation,the joint design of various foundation treatment forms is suggested.Taking a foundation project as an actual case,this paper analyzes the joint design of CFG pile composite foundation,replacement cushion and other foundation treatment forms.In order to grasp the influence of complex load engineering conditions on the formation of foundation deformation at different locations,the deformation after foundation treatment is simulated and analyzed by professional software,and the settlement under different measurement methods is compared.It is found that the settlement calculated by the standard calculation method is too large,and the numerical analysis results are closer to the measured values.The combined use of multiple methods in foundation treatment can better control the deformation of buildings under complex working conditions,which is worthy of popularization.
