摘要
随着钢材在建筑工程中的应用越来越广泛,钢结构事故也越来越多,其中,脚手架倒塌的事故占据了一定的比例。脚手架作为建筑施工过程中的支撑和围护体系,具有至关重要的作用。扣件式钢管脚手架在使用过程中,长期暴露在大气环境下,导致钢管及扣件发生不同程度的锈蚀,造成钢管承载力及扣件的约束性能下降,最终致使脚手架体系发生局部失稳或整体失稳而倒塌。从扣件式钢管脚手架的钢管入手,分析锈蚀对钢管表面特征及钢材力学性能造成的影响,为施工期脚手架结构体系安全评估提供一定的支撑。
As the application of steel in construction projects becomes more and more widespread, there are more and more steel structure accidents, and accidents of scaffolding collapse occupy a certain proportion. Scaffolding plays a vital role as a support and enclosure system in the building construction process. Fastener-type steel tube scaffolding is exposed to the atmospheric environment for a long time during use, causing different degrees of rust of steel tubes and fasteners, resulting in a decrease in the bearing capacity of the steel tubes and the restraint performance of the fasteners, and ultimately resulting in partial instability or overall instability of the scaffolding system. Starting with the steel tube of the fastener-type steel tube scaffolding, the influence of rust on the surface characteristics of the steel tube and the mechanical properties of the steel is analyzed, and certain support for the safety assessment of the scaffold structure system during the construction period is provided.
