摘要
目的观察在高热惊厥患儿的护理过程中关于综合护理的应用效果。方法选择2018年4月至2019年11月我院收治的高热惊厥患儿110例,按照随机数字表法将所有患儿分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组患儿采用常规护理方法进行干预,观察组患儿给予综合护理方法进行干预,对比两组患儿护理干预后的护理效果与护理满意度。结果观察组退热时间、惊厥消失时间与住院时间分别是(26.57±3.42)h、(4.16±0.76)d、(6.34±0.64)d,短于对照组的(40.64±3.35)h、(6.54±0.84)d、(8.35±0.95)d,P<0.05。针对家属满意度,研究组在护理行为方面为(80.54±2.41)分、在服务态度方面为(92.57±2.64)分、在健康教育方面为(93.27±3.24)分,高于对照组的(75.54±2.34)分、(80.54±2.24)分、(82.27±3.31)分,P<0.05。观察组护理依从性为96.36%,高于对照组的80.00%,P<0.05。结论在高热惊厥患儿的护理过程中应用综合护理方法进行干预,能够有效缩短患儿退热时间、惊厥消失时间及住院时间,改善患儿的护理依从性,同时提高患儿家属对护理干预效果的满意度,达到促进患儿快速恢复的效果。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing process of children with febrile convulsion.Methods From April 2018 to November 2019,110 children with febrile convulsion were selected in our hospital.All the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,55 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was intervened by routine nursing method,and the observation group was intervened by comprehensive nursing method.The nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of antipyretic,disappearance of convulsions and hospital stay in the observation group were(26.57±3.42)h,(4.16±0.76)d,(6.34±0.64)d,which were shorter than those of the control group(40.64±3.35)h and(6.54±0.84)d,(8.35±0.95)d,P<0.05.Regarding family satisfaction,the study group scored(80.54±2.41)points in nursing behavior,(92.57±2.64)points in service attitude,and(93.27±3.24)points in health education,which was higher than the control group(75.54±2.34)points,(80.54±2.24)points,(82.27±3.31)points,P<0.05.The nursing compliance of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing process of children with high fever convulsion can effectively shorten the time of fever reduction,convulsion disappearance and hospitalization,improve the nursing compliance of children,and improve the satisfaction of children's family members with nursing intervention,so as to achieve the effect of effectively promoting the rapid recovery of children.
