摘要
介绍了LDAR检测原理及工作程序,并采用LDAR检测技术对某化工企业的密封点泄漏情况进行数据分析。在众多泄漏组件中,法兰、连接件、阀门等组件的平均泄漏率较高。对于检测时超出维修定义的密封点需纳入装置运行期的“隐患检测点”,定期检查;对于已经修复但泄漏量接近于泄漏标准的泄漏点,要在巡检时重点关注。同时,企业应重视项目后续的维护和管理,以取得持续稳定的减排效果。
This paper introduces the principle and working procedure of LDAR detection,and uses LDAR detection technology to analyze the leakage of sealing points in a chemical company.Among the many leaking components,the average leak rate of flanges,connectors,valves and other components is relatively high.For sealing points that exceed the definition of maintenance during testing,they need to be included in the"hidden hazard detection points"during the operation period of the device,periodic inspection.For leaks that have been repaired but whose leak volume is close to the leak standard,focus on them during inspections.At the same time,companies should pay attention to the follow-up maintenance and management of the project in order to achieve sustained and stable emission reduction effects.
