摘要
目的分析沙丁胺醇(舒喘灵)联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘(BA)急性发作临床效果。方法选择我院小儿BA急性发作患儿共70例,采用随机数字表法分2组每组35例,单纯用药组的患儿给予舒喘灵治疗,联合用药组在该基础上增加布地奈德。比较两组临床表现消失时间、治疗前后患儿肺部机能状态、总转归率、不良作用。结果联合用药组临床表现消失时间短于单纯用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前二组患儿肺部机能状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后两组肺部机能状态均改善,而联合用药组肺部机能状态显著高于单纯用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组总转归率高于单纯用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程不良作用未见,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒喘灵联合布地奈德对于小儿BA急性发作的治疗效果确切,两种药物联合应用,有利于肺部机能的进一步改善,且各种临床表现的消除更快,说明联合用药起效更快,有利于缩短治疗的时间,且安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of salbutamol(albuterol)combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute attacks of children with asthma(BA).Methods A total of 70 children with acute onset of BA in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups with 35 cases in each group by random number table.The children in the drug-only group were treated with albuterol,and the combined drug group was added budesonide on this basis.The time to disappearance of clinical manifestations,pulmonary function before and after treatment,total outcome rate,and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical manifestations in the combination medication group was shorter than that in the medication alone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the lung function status of the two groups of children(P>0.05).After treatment,the lung function status of the two groups improved,and the lung function status of the combined drug group was significantly higher than that of the drug alone group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total outcome rate of the combination medication group was higher than that of the medication alone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse effects in the treatment process between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of albuterol combined with budesonide on acute onset of BA in children is definite.The combined application of the two drugs is beneficial to the further improvement of lung function,and the elimination of various clinical manifestations is faster,indicating that the combined drug has a faster onset,It is helpful to shorten the treatment time,and the safety is high.
